Where do you ship from?
We ship from Australia and offer both domestic and international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within a couple of days.
If we’re running pre-orders—which can happen during busy times—delivery may take up to a couple of months. We'll always make this clear on the product page if it's a pre-order item.
How much is shipping?
Australia: Flat rate of $8
International: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I choose the right size?
Soulful Scrubs run smaller than other brands, so please check our size guide before ordering. Every brand is different—we want to help you get the best fit!
How do the scrubs fit?
Tops: Standard fit
Pants: Slimmer fit than traditional scrubs. If you prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up.
What material are the scrubs made from?
100% cotton – breathable, comfy, and kind to your skin during long shifts.
How many pockets do the scrubs have?
Tops: 3 essential pockets
Pants: 4 pockets to keep everything handy
Are the scrubs eco-friendly?
We’re doing our best to make thoughtful, sustainable choices wherever we can. Our designs are digitally printed—a more eco-conscious method—and we’re always exploring ways to reduce our impact and improve our processes.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as your scrubs are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How do I organise a return or exchange?
No need to ask—just send your items back to the returns address listed in our Returns Policy. If you’ve created an account, you can also log in and request an exchange directly through your order history.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What’s the minimum order for wholesale?
We now offer:
Small wholesale orders from 20+ pieces
Standard wholesale orders from 50+ pieces per print
You can mix and match sizes and styles.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Small wholesale orders (20–49 pieces) follow our normal timelines
Orders 50+ pieces are made to order, which means they have longer processing and production times
